That’s a great sign. There are a lot of injuries in wrestling and so many of them can be completely different than the rest. Sometimes they are built up over time but thers are all at once. The latter can be a lot more devastating as someone can go from fine to trouble in the blink of an eye. That was the case earlier this year but now we have a positive update on recovery.
On the March 11 edition of SmackDown, Big E. suffered a broken neck when Ridge Holland suplexed him on the floor, with Big E. landing on his head. This week, a fan sent Big E. a message on twitter, saying that they were praying for him every day. Big E. responded with a video of himself moving his neck, while singing a song about what he is able to do. There is no word on when or if Big E. will ever wrestle again.
That’s pretty good. Check out Big E.’s progress:
Opinion: The fact that Big E. is able to move at this point is an accomplishment in itself and the fact that he is in such good spirits makes it even better. I would be surprised if he wrestles again anytime soon (or ever again for that matter) but just seeing him getting behind something/someone so heavily. It would be amazing to see Big E. back in the ring, but at least he is doing something like this as a good step.
What do you think of Big E.’s video? What is the best part of his career? Let us know in the comments below.
