He’s working on it. There are all kinds of health issues that can cause trouble for wrestlers, some of which are built up over time. Those are the kind that can be difficult to solve and can often lead to the end of someone’s in-ring career. It can be rather encouraging to see someone attempting to return to the ring though and that is what one legend is trying to do again.

MVP has been out of action for nearly two years due to a knee injury. However, he has posted to Twitter, revealing that he is traveling to Mexico to undergo stem cell treatment to aid in his recovery. MVP said that he hopes it is the beginning of a new chapter which could lead to his return to competing in jiu-jitsu. However, he said it may also be the beginning of his “final chapter as a professional wrestler”, saying he hopes he can get in his final matches. MVP, 50, has been working as Omos’ manager in WWE.

Opinion: I’m not sure if this is going to be the solution for MVP but at the same time, it’s great to see him having options to continue his career, as he has already been out of action for the better part of two years. MVP has been around wrestling for a very long time and will likely have a career in WWE after his time in the ring is over. However, it would be cool to see him getting back in the ring a few more times, just to be able to wrap it all up.
