Video: Top Ten Trapped Superstars Getting Smashed

Somebody get me out of here! Every now and then, the Superstars and the wrestling ring just aren’t enough to settle a score. Sometimes you need something a little more to put someone down and if that’s the case, you might need a few more pieces to work with in a match. That might involve locking someone down in one place, and if that’s the case, someone might take it a bit further. Roll the countdown!

Trapped Superstars getting smashed: WWE Top 10, Sept. 17, 2018

WWE has released a new Top Ten video looking at Trapped Superstars Getting Smashed. The idea here is exactly what it sounds like: wrestlers trapped in one way or another being crushed or attacked by something else. The list spans a very long stretch of time, with some instances from the 1990s and some going all the way to modern times with one entry from earlier this year.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that can mean a lot more for advancing an angle as there’s only so much you can do in a regular match. Sometimes the change of pace is exactly what the story called for and that can make it all the more memorable. Some of these are more entertaining than serious, but that doesn’t mean they’re any less important to what’s going on.
