The Mailman delivered. If you were a basketball fan in the 1990s, you should know who Karl Malone is. The NBA was on fire back then and Malone was one of the top stars around. WCW took notice and actually brought him into the ring for a match with Diamond Dallas Page against fellow NBA star Dennis Rodman and Hulk Hogan at “Bash at the Beach 1998”. It turns out that WWE remembered this and Malone was in the house at last night’s “Smackdown Live”.

WWE has posted a video of Malone getting in the ring after the TV show ended. In what seems to be after a dark match, Malone got in the ring and posed with Bobby Roode, even doing the GLORIOUS pose. Malone also gave an interview to WWE after the show was over, both of which can be seen here.

Opinion: I know Malone was a big deal back in his day but it makes sense to have him do something after the show was over. He didn’t play in Orlando so it was the right call to have him in just a quick cameo and then do something after the main cameras went off. Malone always seemed like a good sport in wrestling and that’s more than a lot of celebrities can say.
