More of the best? Every year, one of the biggest topics in wrestling is whether or not Kenny Omega will leave New Japan and make the move to WWE. With the annual Wrestle Kingdom always taking place on January 4, it always allows the discussion of whether or not Omega will show up at the Royal Rumble. Now though, we have an idea of what Omega will be doing.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by way of 411mania.com, Omega is expected to re-sign with New Japan Pro Wrestling when his current contract expires on January 31, 2018. At the moment, Jericho is scheduled to face Chris Jericho at the upcoming “Wrestle Kingdom 12”.
If you haven’t seen Omega…..how is that possible?
Kenny Omega has the Greatest Wrestling Entrance Ever
Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise in the world as Omega is one of the top stars in the promotion and one of the biggest in the world. Omega can work anywhere he wants to and locking yourself in to WWE is a huge step. I’d be shocked if he doesn’t wind up there someday, but for now he seems happy in Japan so it’s all well and good for him.
Do you think Omega will wind up in WWE? Do you want him to? Let us know in the comments below.
