They switched. There are all kinds of wrestlers on the WWE roster and it can be difficult to find a way to keep them all fresh. As has been the case for decades in wrestling, one of the best ways to give a wrestler a new start is to change them from good to bad or bad to good. Sometimes you will see that kind of change take place under the radar, which seems to be the case with some WWE Superstars.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Even Less: It’s Going To Be A Lot Harder To Watch Monday Night Raw Next Year
According to PWInsider.com, four WWE Superstars have changed alignments in recent weeks. First up, the War Raiders (Erik and Ivar) are now officially listed as babyfaces on the company’s internal roster. The team recently returned to action from injuries. At the same time, the New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) are now listed as heels. This comes after the two of them turned on Big E. this week on Monday Night Raw.
They’re good teams. Check out what they have been doing lately:
Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise, as New Day have clearly turned into villains and the War Riders have at least been fighting against the Judgment Day. It’s a good idea to change teams up every so often, as you can only get so much out of having them do the same thing for so long. The double switch should work out well and now we might be in for a nice new direction for both teams.
