They might want to work on that. We are less than two weeks away from the end of the year and that means it is time to start preparing for whatever is going to happen next year. In WWE, this includes a major shift over to Netflix for Monday Night Raw. That is going to mark a huge change for WWE, but it seems that there is one major detail which has yet to be made clear.

Since the announcement of Monday Night Raw moving to Netflix, it has been unclear just how long the show is going to run each week. According to Fightful Select, some members of the WWE roster are still not clear how long the show will run. The show has been running for two hours a week since October but it is expected to expand somewhat upon moving to Netflix. Earlier this week, WWE announced that SmackDown will expand to three hours a week in the new year.

Opinion: This is certainly something that WWE might want to nail down and in theory they do at least know an answer to the question. At the same time, there is every chance that the show’s run time might not be entirely locked in, which could make for some interesting situations. Occasionally it might be better for the show to end when it is ready rather than stretching it out to fill in a time frame, which is where streaming could be an upgrade over cable.
