IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Bad Blood 2024 Preview, Predictions And Thoughts
As of Saturday, Oba Femi has set a new record for the longest NXT North American Title reign in history, holding the title for 270 days. This breaks Wes Lee’s previous record of 269 days in 2022-2023. Femi won the title in January 2024 after cashing in his Breakout Tournament contract and defeating Dragon Lee. Femi is set to defend his title against Tony D’Angelo next week on NXT.
Femi has been a beast. Check out what he has done as champion:
Opinion: This is one of those records that was coming for a bit as Femi has bee nothing short of a monster as champion He runs over everyone in front of him like they aren’t even there and it is hard to imagine him actually losing the title. That is the kind of run that could easily translate up to the main roster, and even there it is easy to imagine Femi running through even more opponents.
What do you think of Femi’s time as champion? Who will take the title from him? Let us know in the comments below.
