I have a feeling this might get him in some trouble. Last year, Big Cass was released from WWE in a bit of a surprise. The release came after a variety of backstage incidents that wound up being too much for WWE to deal with, despite Big Cass’ popularity and talent. Since then, fans have been wondering if they would see him in WWE again, but an incident might hold him back.
According to PWInsider.com, Big Cass made a surprise appearance at a WrestlePro event on Saturday night and got into a backstage altercation with Joey Janela. The incident seems to have been due to Janela’s issue with Enzo Amore over the summer. The situation was calmed down when Janela was moved to a separate room, though Big Cass was still considered in the wrong.
Later that night, Big Cass complained about his sweater missing and threatened the locker room if it wasn’t returned. Big Cass would eventually spit in the face of owner Pat Buck, who dropped him with one punch. He was then escorted from the building by local police, who may have searched his car later in the night. Big Cass was then photographed sitting on the ground with officers around him. He was eventually taken to a local hospital after loudly talking about himself in the parking lot.
The title of this one makes sense now. Check out Big Cass vs. someone bigger than himself:
Opinion: I don’t know what is wrong with Big Cass but this seems like a situation where he needs some help. He has already had various issues before but to seemingly go this much over the edge at an indy show doesn’t make things look any better. Hopefully he is able to get the help that he needs and he can do something with wrestler later, because this isn’t going to work at the moment.
