That’s a lot. Professional wrestling is a lot of things but there is one thing that wrestlers have in common: they are doing this for work. Most wrestlers are there to make as much money as possible and that can make some spots incredibly valuable. This is especially true of WWE, and now we have an idea of what it can mean for someone to be part of the company’s main roster.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the minimum main roster salary is $350,000 a year. There is no word on whether this includes any other benefits such as travel expenses etc. It is not clear if this was the case under Vince McMahon or if this is a change from the new Endeavor ownership. This comes as WWE is said to be offering its stars more money on their new deals.

Opinion: It’s hard to fathom that kind of money for the lowest level main roster wrestler and yet here it is, with wrestlers on the main roster getting quite the salary. It shows you just how far WWE has come, as they have more money than they know what to do with at this point. That being said, it’s great to see the wrestlers getting this kind of money, and hopefully it continues to go up.
