The Body the voice. There are all kinds of people who appear on a WWE broadcast and make a show more important without getting in the ring. Some of the most important people in this group are the broadcasters, who guide the fans throughout the show. Certain voices are associated with certain shows and now one of them will be returning after a rather long hiatus.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WWE Announces Transfer Period, Wrestlers Expected To Move Between All Three Shows
WWE has announced that Hall Of Famer Jesse Ventura will return to commentary next weekend for Saturday Night’s Main Event. There is no word on how long Ventura will be on the broadcast team or if this is just a special appearance. Ventura, 73, has not done commentary for WWE since November 2009, though he did make an appearance this week on SmackDown, sitting in the crowd.

You might remember him. Check out Ventura in WWE:
Opinion: I’m going to assume that this will be a short term move, as Ventura has made it clear that he does not watch a ton of WWE these days and is out of practice. While he was the voice of the company, that was over thirty years ago and things have changed a lot. I can imagine Ventura doing something for one or two matches, but a full two hour show might be too much to ask.
