Still at it. There are all kinds of stars on the WWE roster and at some point those wrestlers are going to have to make a decision about their future. In some cases this means deciding to stick around on a new contract, assuming WWE is interested as well. That is what we are seeing again, as another wrestler has a new deal, despite not being much of an active wrestler at this point.

According to Fightful Select, Nikki Cross has signed a new multi year deal with WWE. Cross is currently part of the Wyatt Sicks stable and has made various appearances as part of the team. At the same time, she has not actually wrestled a match since November 2023 and it is not clear when she is going to return to the ring. Cross is a former Raw Women’s Champion under the name Nikki ASH.

Opinion: This is one of those signings that is a bit weird on the surface but Cross is the kind of person who can be used in a variety of ways. At the end of the day, she is a talented star who can do all kinds of things for WWE, whether that is as a character or a wrestler. She is already part of the Wyatt Sicks and that should be enough to carry her for a good while.
