That’s another one. We are closing in on the end of the year and the end of an era in WWE. On January 6, Monday Night Raw will officially move to Netflix, ending the show’s thirty plus year run on cable television. WWE is going to want to have the show as stacked as possible and that means several major matches. They have now announced another title match as part of a long running feud.

WWE has announced that WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan will defend her title against Rhea Ripley on the Monday Night Raw Netflix premiere. This comes after Ripley was announced as the new #1 contender to the title earlier this week on Monday Night Raw but no date was given for the title match. The two have been feuding for several months, with Morgan defeating Ripley to retain the title at Summerslam.

This should be big. Check out how the match was set up:
Opinion: This doesn’t feel like the biggest surprise as the match has been set up for the last few months and now it officially has a date. You can only have a match like that hang for so long before you actually make it happen and that is what WWE has done. Ripley has been wanting to get her revenge on Ripley and get the title back, so now it seems like we are going to see her get that chance.
