We can pencil that one in. With all of the WWE pay per views on the calendar, it remains interesting to see where some of them might be taking place. With most of the Big Four shows being announced in advance, the only announcements we’re likely to get are the minor pay per view details. In this case, one more can be checked off the list.

According to 411mania.com, “Payback 2017” will be taking place at the SAP Center in San Jose, California on April 30 with tickets going on sale this Friday. The arena held the “Monday Night Raw” after “Wrestlemania XXXI” and regularly hosts WWE events. There was even a pay per view held there with “Great American Bash 2007”.

Opinion: It’s always nice to see some different cities getting pay per views. San Jose had “Wrestlemania XXXI” about two years ago and it’s no surprise that one of the ten biggest cities in America is a regular stop for WWE. I could go for some more shows near me but at least they’re branching out a bit.
