It can happen to anyone. There are all kinds of problems that can slow a wrestler down at any given time. One of the worst is an injury, which can come out of nowhere and change everything all at once. Thankfully some injuries can be worked through, but that is not always an option. AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter was pulled from last week’s Dynamite due to an injury. According to Fightful Select, Hayter has been dealing with legitimate injuries for over a month. There is no word on what kind of injuries Hayter is dealing with at the moment. She is currently scheduled to defend her title against Toni Storm at Double Or Nothing this weekend.
Hayter is quite the force. Check out what she can do when she is around:
Opinion: I’m not sure what is going on with Hayter, but the fact that she is able to be in the ring this weekend is a good sign. Now all we can do is wait and see how things go in the match, as Hayter having to drop the title so she can heal up is not out of the question. At the end of the day, Hayter has to be healthy and that is a lot more important than any title defense she has coming up.
What do you think of Hayter? Should she lose the title at Double Or Nothing? Let us know in the comments below.
