They have enough. We are less than a day away from WWE Bad Blood and the show is pretty much set. There are five matches currently confirmed for the card, which means there are other feuds in WWE which are not going to be addressed on the show. One of those will be for one of the most important titles in WWE and now we know why that is taking place.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Gunther agreed to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Sami Zayn on next week’s show rather than at Bad Blood. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the match was put on Monday Night Raw because WWE did not feel it was needed for Bad Blood. Instead, it was put on television to boost that show.

Opinion: This makes sense and shows you how different things are for WWE these days. The fact that a World Heavyweight Title match is something that just isn’t needed to make a show feel important is impressive. WWE is already selling enough tickets and drawing enough interest without that match, which lets them build up another show on its own, which is quite the luxury to have.
