It’s on the way. We are less than six months away from WrestleMania 41 and that means it is time to start getting ready for the show. WWE is going to need to begin making decisions on what they want on the show, which means that they are going to need to know what they don’t want on the card as well. Now we have a better idea of one potential big match which is not expected to take place at WrestleMania.

Last month at WWE Bad Blood, Gunther insulted WWE Hall Of Famer Bill Goldberg, who jumped the barricade and had a staredown with Gunther, though nothing physical took place. This has led to speculation about a match between the two but nothing has been scheduled. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, while WWE is planning the match, it is currently not scheduled for WrestleMania. There is no word on when the match could take place.
This could be big. Check out the segment that started all of this plus the two in action:
Opinion: It makes sense that WWE is building towards the match in some way as there was no reason to tease something if it was never going to happen. Goldberg vs. Gunther could be a heck of a power match if it is given the chance, though I can see why WWE would not want to present it at their biggest show of the year. What matters is that we get the match at some point, and that seems to be coming at some point.
