Sometimes less is more. Recently, the top story on “Smackdown Live” has been Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens/Sami Zayn with Daniel Bryan kind of in the middle. It’s hard to say where this is going at the moment and there’s a chance that it could lead to one if not both bosses getting in the ring to deal with this. So how has the audience been reacting to the show?
According to 411mania.com, this week’s episode of “Smackdown Live” drew a .82 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.68 million viewers. These numbers are even with and up 1% compared to last week’s .82 rating and 2.662 million viewers. This is the fourth straight week that viewership has been up.

Opinion: I thought the show was solid enough this week, especially on a night when there wasn’t much going on. It was an entertaining night with some good wrestling and some strong crowd reactions. The fact that Jinder Mahal wasn’t heavily featured has no connection I assure you.
