IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Another Role: Former WWE Champion Set For Role In Upcoming Film
Earlier this month, WWE presented Summerslam from Detroit, Michigan at Ford Field. During a recent edition of his Kliq This podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash revealed that he offered to be the show’s Master Of Ceremonies. Nash, a Detroit native, said that he gave WWE a few months but his offer fell on “deaf ears”. Summerslam did not have a Master of Ceremonies.
It was a huge night. Check out Summerslam and Nash in WWE:
Opinion: Eh you dribble and you shoot, you hope for the best. Nash was trying to do something here and it didn’t wind up working out but at least he tried. I’m not sure how much extra interest it would have drawn but if Nash was already there and willing, I’m not sure it would have hurt. He’s certainly a name and someone with a connection to the area so why not see what works?
What do you think of Nash’s idea? Who would have made a good Master Of Ceremonies? Let us know in the comments below.
