Not a fan? Celebrities have been a part of wrestling for decades and they continue to be so to this day. Wrestling promotions love to bring in stars from outside the industry when they can as such people can often bring fresh eyes to a company. That does not mean the wrestlers will be happy with what is going on though and that might be what we are seeing again now.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Another Look: New Wrestling Series In Development
Last week’s NXT featured a special appearance by rapper Sexyy Red, who appeared in multiple segments and will host next weekend’s Battleground event. NXT broadcaster Booker T. praised Red on his Hall Of Fame podcast, saying he wanted to see her in a dance off with NXT’s Lola Vice. NXT star Brooks Jensen took to Twitter to complain about being left off of television in exchange for this sort of thing. There is no word on where this is going with Jensen, who has been displaying his dissatisfaction with NXT management in recent weeks in what is believed to be a storyline. His has not wrestled since March 12.

It hurts when you once bust your ass off in the performance center for recognition and to be respected by your bosses and peers only to be exiled and see this crap. https://t.co/U9t7XjELan

To all of you missing the point of the tweet. If you looked passed whose ass jiggles the most you’d actually see they are talented WRESTLERS. But again, it’s what the company provides to keep you crotch petters “entertained” https://t.co/8sxzDQEqCN

Which do you like? Check out the three involved:
Opinion: This is the kind of thing that could lead to an interesting storyline with Jensen, as he has been being portrayed as a more serious wrestler in recent months. That is something that might not gel with more entertainment based things like Red and Vice, with Booker T. apparently being a big fan. I’m curious to see where this goes, and that is a rather nice feeling to have for any story.
