Start it up. There are all kinds of wrestling television shows every week and some of them have been around for a long time. While most of them have faded over time, one of the longest standing shows is still doing well, with WWE’s flagship show Monday Night Raw going on for over thirty years. Things are about to change again though and now we know something major about what will be happening.

Earlier this year, WWE announced that Monday Night Raw will be leaving cable television and going to Netflix starting in 2025. However, there was no official date listed for the show’s debut on the platform. This weekend at the WWE Bash In Berlin media event, it was announced that Monday Night Raw will make its debut on Netflix on January 6, 2025. So far, the only thing announced for the show is an appearance by John Cena, who will begin his retirement tour at the start of the new year.

Opinion: This is the date that has been rumored in various places, including from Cena himself, and it could go rather well. What matters the most is getting things going in a big way and having the start of Cena’s retirement tour is a great way to go. There is a good chance that this is going to be a major event and now we have a specific date to look forward to with everything.
