Yes, again. The hyped up main event of this week’s “Monday Night Raw” saw Sasha Banks defending the Raw Women’s Title against former champion Alexa Bliss. The big story to the match was whether or not Banks was able to finally have a successful title defense. This was her fourth title reign and she has yet to be able to actually retain it even once. So how did she do this time?
This week on “Monday Night Raw”, Bliss defeated Banks clean with a DDT to become a two time champion. Banks’ back was banged up throughout the match and she couldn’t quite hold the Bank Statement. After Bliss won the match, Nia Jax came out to attack Banks before turning on Bliss and laying the new champion out to end the show.
Here’s how we got to this week’s title match.

Opinion: I’m really not sold on the idea of having Banks lose over and over. This is what they did with Charlotte and I have no idea what they’re doing with her over and over again. It’s not the most logical booking, though at the same time it should be remembered that Banks wasn’t the original option for the role as she was replacing Bayley. Still though, it’s kind of an odd way of thinking.
