It's On: New Title Match Officially Set For WWE Clash At The Castle

It’s in. We are less than two weeks away from WWE Clash At The Castle and that means WWE needs to start putting the card together for the event. While they already have some of the bigger matches set, they still need to put together the rest. The good thing is that several of the matches are already prepared, and now we officially have another title match set.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Chad Gable challenged Sami Zayn to an Intercontinental Title match, with Zayn accepting the match. Later in the night, the match was officially announced on Raw Talk. The match comes after the two have been having issues for over two months, with Zayn defeating Gable in multiple title matches. Clash At The Castle takes place in Glasgow, Scotland on June 15.

Opinion: This one felt like little more than a matter of time and that is not a bad thing. Gable has been chasing the title for a long time now and at some point he is likely going to have to win the thing. Even if he does not hold onto it for a long time, it would be nice to see him finally get his big win. His work has been more than good enough in recent weeks and hopefully we get to see a special moment.
