And NEW. Title changes are one of the most important parts of any wrestling company, as it means something new is happening. The company might be going into a new direction as someone new is going to be getting the focus. That means things could get more interesting in a hurry and we might have seen just that this week, as some new champions were crowned.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WRESTLING RUMORS: AEW Star Reportedly Undergoing Double Surgery
This week on AEW Dynamite, Bullet Club Gold (Jay White and the Gunns) defeated the Mogul Embassy (Brian Cage and the Gates of Agony) to win the Ring Of Honor Six Man Tag Team Titles. The win came after Anthony Bowens came to the ring and distracted the reigning champions, allowing White to win. This is White’s first title in Ring Of Honor or AEW while the Gunns are former AEW Tag Team Champions.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that you do not see very often but it should make things interesting in the near future. I’m curious to see what happens with the Acclaimed/Billy Gunn and Bullet Club Gold, as it could lead to a unification match. Having two sets of six man champions never seemed necessary so hopefully they are heading towards the idea of getting rid of a few belts.
