Generation Battle? WWE Reportedly Has This Special Idea For Bret Hart

They fit well together. Wrestling has a history of bringing back legends to unofficially, or sometimes officially, endorse wrestlers of the new generation. It can be a special moment when an all time name comes back to give someone else a bit of a rub, especially if a natural pairing can be found. That is what WWE might be doing next week when a legend makes a special appearance.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: On The Way Out: AEW Star Written Off Television In Violent Attack

Earlier this week, WWE announced that WWE Hall Of Famer Bret Hart would be making a special appearance on next week’s Monday Night Raw, which will be held in his hometown of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. According to PWInsider.com by way of Cagesideseats.com, the theory is that Hart will be doing something with World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. There is no word on what the two will be doing together.

Opinion: This is something that makes a lot of sense on paper, as Hart and Gunther both have a reputation for respecting wrestling like few others. It could be a special moment to have them together, though it is hard to imagine them getting along as Gunther can be a bit mean at times. Hopefully it works out, but for now at least, things are looking rather interesting from this far out.
