Done? WWE Superstar May Be Hinting At Leaving Company Very Soon

Farewell? With the WWE roster being as packed as it is, it can be difficult for someone to find a way to stand out. While WWE will try a variety of things to make someone feel like a star, it does not always play out that way. At times that can mean someone is better off trying their hand elsewhere, and that seems to be what will be taking place with a current WWE star.

WWE’s Lacey Evans is suggesting that her contract with the company will be expiring at midnight Tuesday night. In a post on Instagram, Evans said that at midnight, fans will address her as Macey Estrella (her real name). Evans has not wrestled a televised match since June and has only wrestled on television five times this year. To clarify: it is NOT guaranteed or reported that Evans is leaving WWE and it is merely speculation based on what she said.

Opinion: I’m not particularly surprised by this as Evans’ time in WWE has been rocky on more than one occasion. She just never quite broke through to that next level and I’m not sure how that was ever supposed to happen. WWE changed her character up so many times that it was almost impossible for her to find her footing. With that not being an option, I’m not sure what else she was supposed to do.
