They have options. We are about two and a half months away from WrestleMania 40 and that means most of the plans should be starting to come together. There are several big names to get set up for the show and that means WWE has a lot of work to do. In this case, WWE still has some planning to do with the biggest name the company has to offer its fans.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has not finalized plans for Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. The options for Reigns are either facing Cody Rhodes, The Rock, or both of them in a triple threat match. This comes after Reigns defeated Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 39 and after the Rock returned and hinted at a match with Reigns. There is no word on when the decision will be made.
Those are some strong names. Check out all three of them:
Opinion: This is a situation where WWE could go in multiple directions, but the idea of a three way between the people doesn’t feel like the best idea. I get the idea of Rhodes and Rock getting their shots, but it would make more sense to have either of them face Reigns on their own. What matters is having the biggest match possible, and I don’t see that working so well as a three way.
