Give us another one? There are all kinds of wrestling promotions around the world and some of them, despite being small, can offer you some outstanding talent and action. It can make for a big deal when you see a new promotion coming up, as you never know what you might be getting. Now though, we might be getting a new one, complete with a name out of the past.

According to Fightful, the Nightmare Factory wrestling school has filed for a trademark on “Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling”. While not confirmed, this could suggest that the promotion could be established in the future. The name is the same as a promotion operated by Dusty Rhodes from 2000-2003. The Nightmare Factory is co-owned by Rhodes’ son Cody and QT Marshall, the latter of whom resigned from AEW earlier this year, reportedly over an issue of not getting enough ring time in AEW. It is NOT confirmed that the promotion will be relaunched and no announcement has been made.

Opinion: While I’m not sure I can imagine this promotion being the next AEW, there is something fun about seeing a new promotion pop up. If nothing else, it is another place for wrestlers to go and work, which is always a plus. I could go for seeing what they have to offer, as there could be some talented stars getting their start in a place like this. It certainly has been done before.
