Big Cass was recently interviewed by the Sun Herald newspaper out of Biloxi, Mississippi and spoke about what missing the upcoming Wrestlemania meant to him. He did get to wrestle on last year’s show in a four way ladder match which saw the returning Hardy Boyz win the Raw Tag Team Titles. Here are some highlights:
On Missing “Wrestlemania XXXIV”
“It’s very frustrating to miss Wrestlemania. It’s very disappointing. I was on quite a roll at the time. The night I got hurt, during a commercial break, I cut a promo and loaded up to the fans. It felt good to have the fans boo me.”
On Who He Goes To For Advice
“Triple H, Reigns, Cena and the Undertaker are people who I usually go to for advice. These are people who I respect and I take whatever advice they give me.”
Here’s where the injury occurred:
And On His Split with Amore
“Enzo and I came up in the system together and busted our butts for many years. We hit a major reception in NXT, but it tapered off at live events in WWE. We both knew it was the right time to split up.”

Opinion: I liked what I see in Big Cass as he has a great look and is capable of putting on a good match if he’s given the chance. He’s going to need something different when he gets back though as you can only yell about beating up Amore for so long. He’ll be a big deal when he gets back for a little while but he needs something a little more than what he has so far.
