Getting well soon? Injuries can be one of the worst things to happen to any wrestler at any time as you never know when you are going to see someone taken out of action. Some of them can be devastating and cost a wrestler a long stretch of their career, even if it did not seem to possibly be that bad in the first place. That appeared to be the case last year, but now things might be getting a bit better.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: RUMOR KILLER On Vince McMahon’s Health Status
Adam Cole has been out of action since September 3, 2023 when he broke his ankle during the Grand Slam edition of AEW Dynamite. According to Fightful Select, Cole was backstage at this week’s Dynamite, where he had not been seen for several weeks. Cole is also planned to begin training for a return to the ring, possibly as soon as next week. There is no word on when Cole could be ready to wrestle again.
It would be a great reunion. Check out what Cole has one in AEW:
Opinion: It would be great to have Cole back in the ring as he has practically been out of action for a year from an incident that started when he stepped off a ramp. That’s one of the most devastating moments of a career in a long time and hopefully Cole is able to make up for some lost time. He’s far too talented of a star to be left sitting on the sidelines for such a good while.
What do you think of Cole’s time in AEW? How should he be used when he comes back? Let us know in the comments below.
