He’ll be back? We are on the way to the new year and that means it is time to get ready for some changes. Those things can be quite the big deal, especially if someone returns from quite the hiatus. That is what we are probably going to be seeing again in the beginning of the year, though in this case it is going to be someone who is talking about the show rather than getting in the ring.

Earlier this week at the WWE Netflix media event, WWE COO Triple H revealed that Pat McAfee is getting ready for a full time return to Monday Night Raw commentary. This comes as McAfee has taken a hiatus from his role in WWE due to his commitments to ESPN. There is no specific date for McAfee’s return, though Monday Night Raw is set to debut on Netflix on January 6, 2025.

Opinion: This is one of those changes that is making the move to Netflix all the more interesting, as McAfee adds quite the energy to any show. McAfee is one of the biggest voices in sports today and that is something WWE would want on its team. The fact that McAfee is good at his job makes it all the better and I’m curious to see how the whole thing goes.
