Change up? There have been a variety of changes taking place in WWE, with many of them still to come. One of the biggest of them all will see Monday Night Raw leaving traditional television with a move to Netflix early next year. That is the kind of change that you do not se in wrestling very often and it could have quite the impact. Now we know a bit more about what we might be seeing.

Fightful Select is reporting that Netflix has some things that they want to happen when Monday Night Raw debuts on the platform. This includes names like CM Punk, Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes appearing on the show. While only Punk is currently pat of the Monday Night Raw roster, a WWE source said that rosters for the move to Netflix are not yet decided.
It was also noted that there was a video and commercial shoot for WWE on Netflix last month, with Baron Corbin (since released from his contract), Damage CTRL, the Motor City Machine Guns, Elektra Lopez and the LWO present. There is no word on if this means the tams will be appearing on Netflix. The first Monday Night Raw on Netflix is expected to take place on January 6 in Los Angeles, though this has yet to be confirmed.

Opinion: I can get what Netflix is going for with something like this but that is quite the wish list for their show. I’m sure some if not all of them will appear on the new platform at some point, though that wouldn’t leave much in the way of top talent for SmackDown. For now though, it’s exciting to imagine what we’re going to be seeing when Monday Night Raw moves over and that could be fascinating.
