The video below is highly recommended by us as it showcases the mother of the victim explaining her thoughts and feelings before the judge gives both Ziggler’s brother and his cohort their jail sentence.
Donald Nemeth, the real-life brother of Dolph Ziggler was sentenced to a total of 15 years in prison this past Monday for his involvement in the death of 34-year-old military veteran Joshua Mascol in a botched robbery. Mascol also happened to be a drug dealer.
Nemeth, 30, was aligned with Jack King, 52. Both were implicated in the January 2016 killing of Mascol, both pleading guilty just last month to involuntary manslaughter, robbery and kidnapping charges. King specifically received 17 years in prison, 2 more than Nemeth.
According to the report by Cleveland.com, Nemeth was close friends with Mascol, who often served as his dealer. He and King plotted to rob Mascol, though they shot him during their scuffle in the hallway of the University Hotel and Suites. At first, neither man admitted to the killing and the surveillance video couldn’t identify who fired the gun.
Nemeth apologized to the family of the victim during the hearing, blaming his actions on that night on his drug addiction. The report also states that he hid the addiction from his family and they didn’t find out until he was wanted by police.
Ziggler has not commented on the situation, but it is likely he is aware of what is happening.
