McIntyre became the second member of the Hall of Fame, following standout women’s wrestler Carmel Jacobs, who had been inducted last year.
Working under the name of Drew Galloway, McIntyre captured the ICW Heavyweight Championship twice during his time with the promotion, before and after he left WWE. He was also the very first ICW Heavyweight Champion in the promotion.
ICW owner and founder Mark Dallas was the figure chosen to induct the WWE Superstar. During the induction, Dallas praised Galloway as being the first person to believe in the promotion back in 2006. McIntyre praised the company for their growth and thanked friends and family in attendance.
McIntyre thanked Triple H for allowing him and even insisting that he travel to Scotland to make an appearance at the ceremony. This led to McIntyre making a promise to become the first-ever Scottish WWE Champion.
The former NXT Champion ended his celebration with the ICW roster celebrating in the ring with him.

McIntyre has been out of action with a torn bicep since November last year, with reports estimating an April 2018 return, which would allow him to work ‘TakeOver: New Orleans’ and possibly the NXT tapings around ‘WrestleMania 34.’
