As we previously reported, Jan Ross suffered multiple skull fractures when she was struck by a vehicle while driving in her Vespa. She was launched from her vehicle as it caught fire, needing surgery. Despite all efforts, she soon passed away.
The driver- an unnamed 17-year-old has today received no charges as the judge believed the driver had fulfilled his sentence. According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet– this was reportedly counseling and an undisclosed amount of community service. The driver reportedly didn’t even lose his drivers license.
More details are unavailable at this time- though due to a minor being involved they may never be released.
In full, Ross had the following to say in his tweet:
“This morning norman judge Steven Stice felt compelled to dismiss vehicular homicide charge against the 17 year old in my wife Jan’s death. The state objected to no avail.
The driver never even lost his drivers license.
Sad world in which we live, folks.”

You can find a video featuring Paul Heyman talking alongside Ross about his beloved wife following her death. It is an amazing watch.
Should the driver have been charged? What are your thoughts on this case?
