BJ Whitmer Injured at ROH’s All Star Extravaganza V

BJ Whitmer has suffered an injury at tonight’s ROH All Star Extravaganza V event in Toronto.

Arda Ocal, wrestling journalist and announcer, is in attendance at the event at the Mattamy Athletic Centre and confirmed the injury in a series of tweets.

Ocal said that the injury occured during Whitmer’s first round World Title Tournament match with Mike Bennett. Bennett had previously performed a piledriver on Whitmer before being attended to by paramedics for ‘several minutes’.

Ocal went on to say that Whitmer ‘was concious’ and gave a thumbs up as he was stretchered out from the arena. It is believed he is currently being taken to a local medical facilty.
