During the recent “Impact Wrestling” television tapings, a “Feast or Fired” edition of the show was filmed. This will be set to air Friday night on Destination America.

As is tradition with the gimmick, the wrestlers earn briefcases, which once opened, reveal whether they will have opportunities at a title, or if they will be fired. The one or ones fired will then be removed from television.

While the crowd in New York City for the tapings saw who came away with each briefcase, the company has managed to keep secret what was actually in each briefcase. The Wrestling Observer has revealed how it was made possible there were no spoilers that hit the Internet as to what was in each one.

According to the outlet, the company flew those who won the briefcases out to TNA headquarters Jan. 13 and filmed a backstage segment of them opening the cases. This will then be edited into the broadcast that airs Friday.

Well…that’s…interesting…and a waste of money.
