Honky Tonk Man (real name: Roy Wayne Farris), posted the following on Twitter, confirming that he had signed a new multi-year contract with WWE.

At this time no more details have been released by either Farris or WWE, but at 60-years-old it is unlikely he will be used by the company in any sort of wrestling capacity. It is likely Honky Tonk Man has signed what is known as a “WWE Legends contract”, enabling WWE to compensate him for documentaries, toys and other appearances.
