Shooting for “Spectre” is happening in locations all across the globe. Along with his work in “Spectre,” Batista is also currently filming a role in the upcoming remake of the Jean-Claude Van Damme classic, “Kickboxer.” The movie will co-star Batista, and star Jean-Claude Van Damme himself, although he will not reprise the same role in this film that he portrayed in the original.
Batista’s film career continues to blossom following the 2014 mega-hit, “Guardians of the Galaxy.” The former champion appears as if he is becoming a Hollywood mainstay. With this thought in mind, studio executives have reportedly expressed that he should never return to active competition inside of a wrestling ring, in case he were to get injured.
Batista has expressed that he would like to return someday to WWE. His mission when he does? Face Triple H at WrestleMania in a retirement match.
Editor’s Note:
Cool to see Batista as a Bond villain. Stoked for this film. Loved “Casino Royale” and “Skyfall.”
