This is only a rumor, so take it for what its worth. It had been previously reported that Pentagon and Fenix Jr. had been scouted by WWE and that the company was interested in signing them.
But could it be a young and upcoming promotions that lures them away from their current employer?
Over the weekend, Cody Rhodes of the new All Elite Wrestling, made an appearance at the Come Hell or High Water show, in which Pentagon Jr. and Fenix took on Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian in the main event.
However, Rhodes was not alone; he was joined by The Young Bucks, who entered the ring after Pentagon Jr. and Fenix were victorious. He would then ask them a very important question:
“Why don’t you guys come wrestle with AEW?”
They then shook hands afterwards.
While nothing has been set in stone yet, this may mean that AEW just signed two more superstars.
The duo are known as the Lucha Brothers in Impact Wrestling; you can see a clip of them below:
Editor’s Opinion:
If these two, who have been scouted by WWE, end up signing with AEW, it could be a serious sign that this new company is for real and that WWE could have some major competition in the very near future.
