Dakota Kai To Undergo Surgery For Torn ACL

You hate to see it. According to a report from F4WOnline, WWE star Dakota Kai tore her ACL recently and is set to undergo surgery tomorrow.

According to the report, Kai suffered the injury during the women’s tag title match on the May 12 edition of SmackDown. This was the same match that caused Liv Morgan to sustain an injury to her shoulder. Kai’s injury is said to have occurred when she tried to protect an already-injured Morgan during the match.

Recovery time from ACL surgery can range from 6 months to 1 year.

Her fellow Damage Control members, Bayley, and Iyo Sky, tweeted out the following:

Bayley and Sky are scheduled to face Raquel Rodriguez and a partner of her choosing on this week’s episode of SmackDown.

This is not good, and you hate seeing stuff like this. She was doing fantastic work as a member of Damage Control, and to see that momentum being cut short is very unfortunate.
