TNA star Samuel Shaw has announced that he will be leaving TNA Wrestling effective immediately.
The 31-year-old revealed the news on his official Twitter account on Sunday evening.
Time to explore new artistic ventures. Thanks to everyone at @IMPACTWRESTLING that helped maximize my talents.

Shaw made his debut with the company (under the Shaw name) as a participant on Gut Check. Despite losing his tryout match, Shaw showed the judges enough in his arsenal to earn himself a TNA contract.
His biggest success in TNA came when he changed his gimmick to emulate Patrick Bateman of the American Psycho movies, feuding with the likes of Mr. Anderson and Gunner, who also announced recently that he was leaving the promotion as well.
Shaw’s last match came during a taping of TNA “Explosion” on March 16, losing by pinfall to Chris Melendez.
I can be an #artist in any promotion.

Editor’s Note
Another one bites the dust. Shaw really came into his own this past year with the Psycho-esque gimmick. He even has a striking resemblance to Christian Bale, who played Bateman in one of the films. No one knows what Shaw’s future holds, but wherever he ends up, that company should be happy to have him onboard.
