WWE Superstar and current holder of the Money in the Bank briefcase, Seth Rollins, recently spoke with NorfolkNavyFlagship.com. Rollins talked with the website based out of Virginia in order to promote next week’s edition of “Monday Night Raw.” The show will take place from the Richmond Coliseum, and will reportedly host Ric Flair’s return to WWE programming.
Rollins talked about a number of topics, including working with and learning from Triple H:
“There is a wealth of knowledge in this company. Being side by side with the COO and (13-time) World Champion, the guy who has pretty much done it all in this business, having him as a mentor is something that you can’t buy. If you’re not learning something every single day, you’re messing up.”
The man who turned on The Shield also spoke about his new theme music:
“It took me a little while, even just walking down the ramp instead of through the crowd is a little weird at first. With the music, you have to find out how it flows with your entrance. I think now, after about a month or so, it’s starting to catch on and I kind of like the way it feels.”
Continuing, he also talked about not having to hop over the barricade anymore. Rollins reflected on the time he fell over the barricade:
“Ha! Well, they fixed the barricade. That’ll probably never happen again. The one that I hopped over and ruined my night was a little faulty. They bought some new ones and fixed it up. But yes, it is nice to know I won’t have to deal with that anymore.”
The former WWE Tag Team Champion was asked about the blonde streak in his hair:
“When I was down in NXT, there were a lot of guys with long dark hair – Roman Reigns, Adam Rose, Bo Dallas. I needed to do something to set myself apart a little bit. If you’re seeing the show for the first time and there are five guys with long dark hair, it’s going to be difficult to remember who is who.”
Rollins even opened up about how he travels with his new Money in the Bank briefcase:
“Oh yes, that’s with me all over. It’ll be part of my carry-on luggage at the airport. I don’t know what I’ll end up putting in there to maximize my space. I don’t want to be carrying that big stupid thing empty. That seems like a waste, right?”

Editor’s Note
Good interview with the well-spoken Seth Rollins. I always love hearing stories of various talents having to travel with their Money in the Bank briefcases.
