As announced by the special guest host of WrestleMania XXX, Hulk Hogan, the first ever Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal will occur at WrestleMania on April 6, 2014. As of this writing, only three spots remain for the battle royal, as Brad Maddox was recently added to the match.
In a recent post on WWE.com, the website gives an exclusive look at the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy with a photo gallery, consisting of 17 pictures. Additionally, the website claims that the trophy will be “five-foot” in stature.
Below are some of the photos, showing off the trophy and a life-size statue of Andre the Giant:

Editor’s Note
While I’m not overly excited about the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, I like the look of both the trophy and statue of the legendary behemoth. Although, I am unclear on why WWE referred to the trophy as a “five-foot trophy.” In the photo gallery the presumed trophy is not that tall. On the other hand, the statue seen in the background is life-size, as it towers over the artist. If WWE does in fact make this an annual thing, I don’t expect a WWE Superstar to be lugging around a “five-foot” trophy.
