Roman Reigns returned to Monday Night Raw earlier this week to Pittsburgh to confront Triple H after been beaten down by him several weeks ago.
A more accurate statement would be that he came to destroy The Game as their brawl went all over the arena and into the back, but there is something interesting to note about Reigns’ return to WWE.
You’ll notice that after Triple H had defeated Dolph Ziggler on Raw, Roman’s music hit and the first thing The Game did was look through the crowd for him.
Instead, Roman Reigns came through the curtain and down the entrance ramp just like all other WWE superstars. It’s possible that WWE has quietly changed Roman’s entrance and eliminated the part where he goes through the crowd to the ring.
During last night’s SmackDown tapings in Cincinnati, Reigns did the same entrance, so this could be a permanent change to his entrance going forward.
There are many reasons why WWE decided to change his entrance. One possibility is the negative reaction to his push so that WWE may have changed his entrance for safety reasons at Wrestlemania in Dallas.
Over one-hundred thousand people are going to be hard to manage, and you never know what could happen in a major spotlight like that.
Do you think WWE was right to change Reigns’ entrance?
