The next NXT Takeover Special is going to be held on June 8th. It’s already been announced that NXT’s first-ever Steel Cage match will occur between Finn Balor and Samoa Joe for the NXT Championship.
Also on the card will be Asuka vs. Nia Jax for the NXT Women’s title. The Revival are getting their rematch against American Alpha for the NXT Tag Team title, and Austin Aries will face Shinsuke Nakamura.
A lot of interesting and fun things are going to happen during the special, but that it to be expected since it is a Takeover special.
Every show one has been successful and given us something to talk about after two months of NXT television and it’s grown from Full Sail University to major cities like New York City, London, and Dallas.
However, Triple H posted a tweet that has many wrestling fans talking about the NXT Takeover special on June 8th being the final one for the brand. The Game posted the following yesterday:

The first name for the special was NXT Takeover: Revenge, but it has now been changed to NXT Takeover: The End. Is that just to signify the end of an era, or will this be the final chapter for NXT?
Do you think WWE is getting rid of Takeover specials despite their success?
