What’s causing all this? Over the last few weeks, the viewership for “Monday Night raw” has gone up fairly strongly. While it’s nothing amazing, the audience is certainly better than it had been in recent weeks and that could be a good sign for the show going forward. So how did this week’s show do?
According to Wrestlinginc.com, this week’s episode of “Monday Night Raw” drew 2.759 million viewers. This number is down 10% from last week’s 3.074 million viewers and is the third lowest number since “Monday Night Football” returned in September. The show was headlined by Jason Jordan vs. Kane, which was eventually replaced by Finn Balor vs. Kane.

Opinion: Gee, you think the main event might have had something to do with it? That’s basically chasing the fans off with a broom, which really isn’t the best thing in the world when you’re already coming off a holiday weekend. The numbers being down so hard doesn’t surprise me whatsoever and so much of it would seem to be based on that really uninteresting main event.
What did you think of this week’s show? Is the main event to blame for the low numbers? Let us know in the comments below.
