The best is actually better than normal. It’s been a rocky year for “Impact Wrestling”, which has gone up and down with some good and bad stories. The end of the year is often a time for looking back at the better times though and that’s what “Impact Wrestling” has done over the last two weeks. So how many people wanted to see the best of what the year had to offer?

According to 411mania.com, this week’s episode of “Impact Wrestling” drew a .05 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 285,000 viewers. These numbers are up 25% and 6% over last week’s .04 rating and 269,000 viewers. The viewership is the highest since August 24, which saw 296,000 viewers.

Here’s one of the moments featured last night.

Eli Drake Becomes Global Champion | #IMPACTICYMI Dec. 28th, 2017

Opinion: Just as I asked last night, what in the world does it say when a Best Of show with no storyline advancement is out drawing your regular episodes? I’m really not sure how good of a sign that is but if next week’s show doesn’t draw a much better audience, especially given how stacked the show is, I’m really not sure how much they can do going forward.
