Video: Top Ten Wildest “Tribute to the Troops” Moments

It’s worthy of a tribute. This week will see WWE present its fifteenth annual Tribute to the Troops. Fifteen years means there’s quite a bit of history to look through, which includes some great matches and moments. As you might expect, WWE is ready to look back through the history of one of its most unique events.

WWE has released a new Top Ten video of the coolest moments in the history of Tribute to the Troops. These go all the way back to the original edition and up through the most recent with several points in between. There are several from the original shows, which took place in either Iraq or Afghanistan. Here’s the list.

Opinion: The #1 spot is really all it could be as that would have been close to an iconic moment if it took place on a major show. The Tribute to the Troops specials might not be as big of a deal now, but back in their day they were some of the coolest things of the year. Those older shows are still just flat out cool and a lot of these moments come from the earlier editions.
