It’s never too early to get started. We are less than three days away from the debut of AEW Dynamite and I don’t remember the last time a new wrestling show had this much hype. It is being treated as one of the biggest deals in a very long time and for a very good reason: it is one of the biggest deals in a very long time. And even though the show isn’t on yet, we have a special preview.
This is going to be a big deal. Check out the intro for Dynamite:
Via their Twitter account, AEW has released the opening video for Wednesday’s Dynamite premiere. The video features highlights of wrestlers and clips from the previous shows in a style similar to several other wrestling intros. This week’s show will feature World Champion Chris Jericho in a six man tag, Jon Moxley making an appearance and the first ever Women’s Champion being crowned.
Opinion: This is one of those things where it felt like it would take forever to get here and now we are almost ready to see the first show. AEW has hit the ground on a plane and there is a lot of excitement in the air because of it. They have only run four events and now the fifth is going to be their debut on national television in prime time. Hopefully it lives up to some of the hype, as it could mean a brand new era in wrestling.
